Flying toward the Kingdom!
“Jesus, the King, will say, “Come, you who are blessed by my Father; live with us in the kingdom that we have prepared for you since the creation of the world.” Matthew 25:34
Heir Force Pilots! We’re so glad you landed on this site!
We have prepared it just for you! We want to “show and tell” you all about Heir Force! Heir Force is a place where you will fly high as you spend time with Jesus through song, united prayer, and Bible study! You will learn to stay strong in faith by sharing Jesus’ love with others and you’ll stay strong in health as you learn to take care of your body!
The Heir Force is divided into three groups:
Jets 10-12 year olds fueled by the Word!
Rockets 7-9 year olds powered by the Holy Spirit!
Gliders 4-6 year olds flying along with Jesus!
At camp, you’ll study the Bible, make crafts and healthy snacks, go for nature walks, play games, and make new friends! You’ll even meet a real missionary pilot and hear his exciting stories!

Heir Force Staff
The ARME Heir Force program is developed by our Children’s Ministry Team – big kids who love seeing smaller kids fall in love with Jesus! The program focuses on encouraging a fervent prayer life, developing a passion for studying the Bible, and understanding God’s mission for His church.
Heir Force is directed by Margot Meese. Margot has been happily married to her husband Gene (pictured with her above) for 39 years. They are the proud grandparents of three beautiful grandchildren. Margot has a degree in Sociology/Human Behavior and has worked with Children’s ministries and as a Sabbath School teacher for over 40 years. She loves to teach children how to have a close loving relationship with Jesus. Her enthusiasm for finding the love of Jesus in Bible stories, nature, and music are contagious. Gene will be assisting with music. Both have been working with ARME for four years now. Margot and Gene are from California.
Bible Teacher for Heir Force is Julia O’Carey, pictured to the left with her daughter Kaila. Julia has years of teaching experience, and loves the Word of God with all her heart. She also loves children and has a passion to share Jesus with them in a way they can understand. Currently she serves as the director of ASAP Ministries, a ministry that prayerfully disciples Asian nationals to be missionaries to their own people. Some of her favorite things to do are cooking, praying with friends, and working in the garden with her husband AJ and her twelve year old daughter Kaila. Julia is from Michigan.
Heir Force Health Education Coordinator is Dawna Sawatzky, pictured to the left with her grandson. Dawna finds children, especially her grandchildren, to be a delight. As an RN, MPH Lifestyle Health Evangelist she has taught and worked serving as her husband’s “private missionary” with mission colleges and evangelistic teams worldwide. She has a particular interest in teaching children how the brain changes in developing the character of Christ, which is the process of sanctification. They learn that they are responsible for guarding their senses, which are the avenues to their souls which Satan wants to capture.
This team is supported by a great group of volunteers. (To see the faces of some of our Heir Force staff, visit the ARME Staff page.)
